I’m incredibly excited (and a little anxious) about this one y’all! THURSDAY 10/6 starting at 6pm , it’s my birthday party and I’m throwing a fundraiser for my homeland and I really hope you can be here and contribute if you can!

I can’t thank this amazing group of humans enough for stepping up with very short notice. We’ll have DJs .gee (and maybe more?). And we’ll have special performances from some truly talented Boricuas: & .

We’ll also have some DELICIOUS Puerto Rican food from & !!!

Slowly transitioning back into business mode as I take on fun events thrown by amazing people 💗 Empanadas sold out and everyone was complimenting the food throughout the evening 🌻 This was a wonderful gig and really gave me the push to get things rollin’ again. And everything wouldn’t have went so smooth without the help of my bestie and boyfriend. The help was needed! Thank you and for having me! It truly was a magical event full of incredibly talented people ✨✨✨

It’s midnight and I was extremely hungry and haven’t done groceries yet; so I whipped up this super fast recipe on the spot. Penne pasta with homemade chickpea sauce. I literally stir fried some onion, garlic and tomato then blended that with a can of chickpeas, a dab of soy milk, mozzarella cheese, veggie broth and herbs. Then topped with nooch it! parmesan” and cilantro 😋🍝 It came out delish!! I highly recommend trying it!

I am honored to provide plant based food to my community! To have the knowledge and ability to provide accessibility to affordable vegan eats really is my dream and I’m making it happen! I get to feed so many different people and hear so many humbling stories about how they wish they could eat healthier and how much they appreciate me coming to their area. I hear people tell me they’ve NEVER tried anything vegan and after eating my food they are now more open to learning better ways to eat and treat their bodies! The happy faces I get to witness when they bite into my meals. The kind notes I receive days later about how much they enjoyed it. All of it is just so rewarding. I have been blessed with opportunities to heal my community through food. FOOD IS MEDICINE. FOOD IS LOVE! And I’m here to serve it to you 💛👩🏾‍🍳🌱🌻
