🌟🥳 It really was a celebration of a lifetime! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Chili Mee Noodle Bar Grand Opening on Friday, October 13th — Your love and support mean the world to us!

We want to express our appreciation to those who celebrated with us during our private ribbon cutting event✨ Prior to opening to the public, we closed our doors to host an intimate gathering, taking time to honor and celebrate those who have had a profound impact on Chili Mee's journey. Pastors and Leaders from our church, City Officials, Members of the Alhambra Chamber of Commerce, some beloved foodie influencers we've built relationships with over time, and dear family and friends all joined us. These individuals played a vital role in shaping Chili Mee Noodle Bar with their invaluable advice, guidance, and prayers.

✂️🎈 The day included a special Ribbon Cutting ceremony, followed by a private lunch where we shared the heart and birth of Chili Mee Noodle Bar. We can't wait to share this story with all of you, very soon!

Beyond our cherished guests, we also want to thank our wonderful customers and the Alhambra community. Your patience and support during our Soft Opening phase was invaluable as we honed our craft🍜🥢

🙏 Special thanks to our plaza neighbors for their warm welcome, City Blessing Church of Walnut's Dr. Paul Tan for his heartfelt prayer of blessing, City of Alhambra Mayor Ross Maza for the warm welcome into the city of Alhambra, and the dedicated team at the Alhambra Chamber of Commerce who played a pivotal role in putting this event together and showing unwavering support.
