Four courses bring together two states that have shaped my life: Michoacán, where I was born and spent my first thirteen years, and Veracruz, which became a second home through my wife, Estela, and her family.

Reservations are intentionally limited so we can give every table the attention, pacing, and service this menu deserves. Once the evening is fully reserved, no additional date will be added.

Come with an open mind. I’ll take care of the rest.
