The Lord gained a good one🙏🏼. Our cousin Dino was an instrumental part in us opening up shop as he ran La Crosta Woodfire Pizzeria Italiana in Lincoln park for years. As family does, he took us under his wing, shared his tips and tricks of operating a pizza place. He even had our cooks train at his spot working the oven in Chicago cooking pizzas so they were ready when we opened. He was an absolute delight to be around, smiles and laughs always when we were with him. Dino you will never be forgotten…and we are eternally grateful for all the help and support you provided us on our journey to open Bella’s💙.
