Looking to add a few key members to our team

KITCHEN PREP- Monday-Friday 6:00-2:00 could be a flexible schedule. Includes side prep, cleaning trucks, stocking trucks, load out of trucks for departure, and dishes.

PIT CREW - help expand our cooking capacities. Includes trimming, seasoning, complete cooking duties as assigned, cleaning pits, sausage production, and more. Hours are flexible, pay based upon experience. Room to grow

FOOD TRUCK SERVICE- part time, helping during peak truck service hours. Must be willing to listen and follow directions. This is a high pace & high volume position. Self starters are a plus

CATERING SERVICE TEAM- looking to continue adding team members to our catering staff. Weddings, corporate, lunches, dinners, deliveries, full service. if you like serving guests, please apply

I went to the Titletown farmers market last week to walk around and check it out because I have never been there before. Lots of small businesses set up along the walkway.

And Lots of food options available too

I chose the STEEL BELLY BBQ brisket Mac n chz. It was excellent. Check out their food truck sometime, they have a list of dates posted on their page where you can find them next!
