Before Osteria Marzano, there was famiglia, tradition, and a love for bringing people together. 🇮🇹

This European Heritage Month, we’re looking back at Chef Carmine’s roots in Calabria and the family traditions that shaped the way he cooks today. The techniques passed down through generations, the recipes learned around the family table, and the belief that food is meant to be shared all continue to find their way onto the plates we serve at OM.

Today, Chef Carmine and Elena carry that story forward together, one plate, one toast, and one table at a time.

Our heritage isn’t just where we come from. It’s in the way we cook, the way we gather, and the recipes we’re honored to share with you.
