Stop in today for some lavender shortbread cookies, ricotta, goat cheese, green pepper and turkey bacon flat bread, pesto, tomato and mozzarella flat bread, mixed berry jam, blueberry orange blossom jam, peach ginger preserve, strawberry habanero jam, blackberry vanilla jelly. Stop in tomorrow and grab the long awaited flat breads! Tomorrow will include a whipped goat cheese, garlic, olive oil, and fresh tomato flatbread, and a pesto, tomato, and mozzarella flatbread. I love these warmed with a little salad on the side, they make a great lunch or dinner. I’ll also have organic chocolate chip cookies and a few jams. I hope to see everyone tomorrow!

Stop in today for some delicious treats, the jams are the same as last week, but the baked include cinnamon swirl bread with a streusel topping, a Moroccan white bread perfect for those saucy dinners, a Fillo pastry stuffed with ricotta, spinach, cream cheese and garlic, and lastly pistachio shortbread cookies that melt in your mouth.

Spring is finally here and so is my first market tomorrow! So many changes are happening this year, unfortunately due to ongoing health issues I will only be doing one market this year. It will be Mount Vernon farmers market every Wednesday for 8 till 12. I will be taking orders for jams posted every week and either delivering or shipping orders out through out the season. Also there will be a shift towards more baked goods that will be coming to the market. They will be made with organic ingredients unless stated other wise and will rotate like the jams! Now to the good stuff, tomorrow’s market will include:
Peach chipotle’s jam.
Honeyed seedless blackberry vanilla jam.
Strawberry black pepper with ginger jam.
Straight strawberry jam.
Raspberry preserves.
Organic rosemary and garlic focaccia.
Organic olive bread.
Organic Ultra soft rolls.
Organic snickerdoodles.
I forgot to mention organic buttermilk biscuits plain, or with your choice of jam.

It’s a great time to buy gifts for Christmas, or as teacher or hostess gifts for all the upcoming celebrations.
There will also be cranberry sauces that will include
Cranberry ginger
Cranberry chipotle
And cranberry orange
These are not only great on the table with your turkey, but they also make great sauces to add to sandwiches the next day.
There will also be a few pans of cornbread.
