Friends, we could truly use your prayers.

Today at the Mental Health & Wellness Festival, Cindy and I were reminded that summer has officially arrived in Louisiana. The heat and humidity took a toll on both of us, and we’re definitely feeling the effects this evening.

This is our first summer operating from the coffee trailer. While we’re grateful that it has air conditioning, much of that cool air escapes every time we open the service windows to take care of our customers. Add in the physical demands of setting up and breaking down the trailer, along with the fact that our truck currently has no air conditioning (we’re hoping to have the compressor replaced next week), and today was especially challenging.

We love serving our community. We love meeting new people, sharing conversations, serving great coffee, and being a small part of your day. It’s a blessing we never take for granted.

As we head into the long, hot summer months, we simply ask for your prayers. Please pray that God would protect our health, give us strength and endurance, keep us safe during travel and events, and sustain us as we continue serving others through Bus Stop Brews.
