Our owners, Kristin & Adam, traveled to Florida this week to attend the 2026 FelineVMA Annual Conference! 🌴
While they were there, they learned from feline experts and brought back valuable knowledge about:

🐈 Senior Care
🩺 Endocrinology
🦠 Infectious Disease
🔬 The latest feline innovations & advancements
We were so excited to hear about everything they learned and share that knowledge with the MP employees and adopters! 📚 🧠

Continuing education gives us even more tools to provide better care and support for the cats who need us most.
We’re excited to put their new knowledge to work so we can help save even more cats!

Florida peeps - help find this bonded pair a home!!

While in Fort Lauderdale for the Feline VMA Conference, we stopped by Good Luck Cat Cafe, which is a rescue with a small cat lounge housing adoptable cats. They have mostly kiteens but they mentioned they had two older cats in the back who had been returned after 6 years! Naturally I spent most of my time there with them.

Thor and Loki were shy at first but were so excited to get love. By the end of the hour, they were headbutting and purring nonstop. They deserve an amazing forever home together! If you live in or around Fort Lauderdale, go meet this two dreamboats!!

Message Good Luck Cat Cafe for questions! ❤️

LAUNDRY HELPERS NEEDED! 🧺

Our laundry bin is overflowing, and we could really use some help! If you’re able to help with a laundry pickup, we’d greatly appreciate you! Every load makes a difference. 🫶

If you’ve recently picked up laundry and have already washed and dried it please bring it back as soon as you can. We’re running low on some key items and need to get them back into rotation! 💙

Thank you for helping us keep the laundry moving! 🧺✨

Special needs Siamese!!

Four year old Violet was rescued from a hoarding situation and is ready to be in a home WITHOUT any other pets. She is the sweetest girl, but due to her past and having no eyes, she can get overactive to other animals. With people, she’s a clingy Lovebug, often on laps and demanding pets. She also is an expert cat tree climber and has no issues getting around at all!
Email us if you’re interested in meeting this special girl!

From Kuwait to her forever home! 586 days, lots of patience and love, and our Athena has finally gone home.

She has gone from a scared, aggressive street cat to a happy, loving princess. She has been through so much in her short life and she has grown into such an amazing cat. I can’t tell you how proud we are of her and her progress. She is proof that cats just need time and love ❤️

We love you so much Athena! Thank you to her new mom who promises many updates!
