October’s Pours for a Purpose recipient is the Veterans Memorial Honor Guard. 🇺🇸

Ken stopped in to tell us a little about what they do and honestly, once the cameras stopped rolling, we learned even more.

From providing military funeral honors to serving at community events and helping keep the stories of our veterans alive, this group quietly does some pretty incredible work right here in Douglas County.

We’re really proud to pour for them this October. ❤️🤍💙

Every Angrier Minnow pint = $1 back to the Veterans Memorial Honor Guard. Learn more here: https://veteranshonorguardalex.org/

All good things come to an end. 🥲

The seasons are changing, our summer menu is wrapping up, and the fall menu launches NEXT WEEK. 🍂

Which means if you haven’t tried our Summer Ramen Bowls yet… your time is closing in. 👀 🍜

Juicy. Spicy. And honestly… kinda hard to explain.
The Ginger Rogers Mocktail is one of those drinks you just have to try.

One sip and suddenly you’re like… ohhh, THAT’S why. 😏

You asked. The servers confirmed it. Sooo… we’re making room. Fall menu FOR YOU. 👀🍠

Onion rings are heading out, and sweet potato fries are coming to the fall menu.

But adding one menu item means testing different cuts, cook times, plate coverage, how they hold, and, most importantly, what tastes best.

Because if we’re doing sweet potato fries, they still need a little D Mike’s something.

Next up: the dip. Chef Seth has ideas. 👀

🍠 Marshmallow sauce
🌶️ Horseradish chipotle sauce

Which one are you dipping into?

And stick with us, we’re taking you behind the scenes of how this whole fall menu comes together over the next couple weeks. 👨‍🍳

Breakfast? Lunch? We refuse to pick sides. 🍳🍔

The Breakfast Smashburger is currently a Daniels girls favorite, and honestly, they’re onto something. A smashburger with all the breakfast energy, crispy seasoned potatoes on the side, and a Bloody Mary or Screwup to seal the deal.

Sundays at D Mike’s:
Brunch 11–2
Happy Hour all day 🍺🍸🍻🍹🥂🥃
2-for-1 Miller Lite taps during the Vikings game
Pull tabs supporting Alexandria Hockey

Come hungry. Stay for the game. Call it Sunday Funday.

Seems appropriate for today. Our pecan White Russian is back, you know what to do.

This is one of our favorite parts of Pours for a Purpose. ❤️

We got to present last month’s check to the Alexandria Education Foundation! To everyone who came in and ordered an Angrier Minnow: you made this happen.

We love getting to do good things with this community. Thanks for showing up, Alex. 🍻

It’s officially fall, which means ordering a Caramel Appletini counts as apple picking. 🍏🍸
