Tenemos nuevo café.

Denomination of Origin: Mountain Range El Cacahuatique, Meanguera, El Mozote, Morazán, El Salvador.

Genetic Variety - Lempira, a Catimor of the Arábica Specie.

Processing - manual harvesting at optimum ripe stages, naturally dried, cleaned manually, roasted slowly and carefully.

Naturally dried coffees exude floral and sweet characteristics with delicate acidity notes. The fragrance of this coffee exudes slight citrus notes, dried wood, and Carob fruit for this tree is abundant in this region and provides shade to the coffee trees.

This is coffee produced with great care and artistry.

Strictly high grown, ripest cherries, natural, manual, and artisan processes by very small producers.
