We're featuring peak season spigarello, a leafy green from Italy that has a mild broccoli flavor and a kale-like texture. To complement the spigarello, we layer spicy soppressata with fresh and aged pecorinos, then finish the pie with a touch of lemon zest to cut through the richness.
