Everyone, meet Mecca. We took him in because his previous owners had family medical issues and they wanted him to have a good life. They reached out to me after seeing posts about losing Mango.
I said I didnt want another pet. Here I am.

I built Mybudgiebuddy.com to help others with lost and found budgies.

Mecca is the second recipient. Mango was saved as the first.

When I lost Mango I lost my mind. Scouring social media, relentlessly.
There are so many groups for missing pets it was hard keeping up. Sometimes you get tips but can't find that particular group or you can't get to the initial photo.
I was overwhelmed by routes but underwhelmed by results.

We apologize for not updating menu etc for a few weeks now. I am sure almost everyone knew the situation with Mango. Sadly, we have no news, no new sighting and no one coming forward with a missing budgie.

With that being said, we are still here on Friday and Saturday nights, lunch on Sundays.

Come sit at our table with other food enthusiasts and taste the real Trinidadian cuisine. We welcome you like your grandma around the kitchen table, sharing experiences, stories and jokes.

It has been over twenty eight years of living in this town and we try out best to give back in one way or another as way of thank you for accepting us into the fold.
