To our loyal longtime customer base, we are saddened to tell you we have sold our building and will be closing our doors. These past 4 years you welcomed us and supported our little business more than we could have ever imagined. We made tons of friends and enjoyed serving you. Way too many to thank here. Tons of every day customers (some twice a day), we will miss you. You guys made a very challenging endeavor worth it. I think now is a good time to remind people that the service industry is tougher than most will ever know, unfortunately over the past year or so I’ve seen a slight change in our little town and customer base. While the good far outweigh the bad please keep in mind why you moved to Aledo and away from where you came! Our mom and pop shops just want to make a living and help provide a service to make our town better. We aren’t the big chains, we don’t have the backing of massive corporation. Just down home hard working individuals doing our best to take care of customers.

With all that said, Friday July 21st will be our last day! As for now we don’t have any immediate plans to open again. However never say never! Once again thanks from all of us here at Montes Aledo!

Dishwasher for Saturdays, perfect for teenager or someone needing just a little extra income.

Front counter position available. Saturdays are a must. Will also help back of the house when needed.

Line cook / Cook position available. Will train.

Quick update! We will be closed Saturday Aug 13th-Mon Aug 15th. Tuesday we will resume our regular hours opening back up at 6am for the school year. Thanks everyone!!!

We will be open Monday 7/18

We are also excited to announce we will be doing pop-up Dinner this week Tuesday - Friday until 8pm!!!!!!! To go and dine in.

Menu will be limited to lunch and dinner items only, no breakfast plates or breakfast burritos.

We will be doing this with a limited staff and our walk-in coolers are still down so it will be a challenge but we are looking forward to it. Let’s see how it goes and possible other pop-up opportunities to follow.
