Happy hot Thursday everyone!!

Yall have asked almost every day when I’ll bake again, and i absolutely love and appreciate it so incredibly much. After some thinking, I’m feeling confident in coming back to weekly baking. Yall have spoken and it’s time I listen.

So here’s to kicking things back off!!

Two cookie choices tonight. Going with the classics Chocolate Chip with sea salt and Snickerdoodle

** due to the ugly heat and how hot Midtown gets the chocolate chip cookies WILL be refrigerated so they don’t get all melty and gross, I know we all love a good melty cookie but it’s also messy and chocolate is expensive we don’t wanna waste that lol

Today I bring you a little taste of my Mexican heritage with my “fiesta packs”

You get one delish co**ha (Mexican sweet roll)

Two Mexican wedding cookies (think of a butter pecan cookie)

And three colorful Mexican sugar cookies

I only have about a dozen of these so get them while you can!

Good evening folks!

I know it’s late but I like to live dangerously and stay up past my bedtime 😂

Anyways I’ve been brewing up some new plans and ideas, one new product I would like to test is co**has.

What’s a co**ha? A co**ha is a type of pan dulce, which is a Mexican sweet bread. Typically served warm with a hot beverage, I personally like to dunk mine in my coffee or hot chocolate!

So tomorrow, Tuesday the 7th, I’ll have samples of these available while supplies last!

Keep in mind these are going to be little samples, and feedback will be greatly appreciated!
