The Sour Boule is growing, and we’re looking for great people to help us open our newest location!

If you’ve ever wanted to be part of building something from the ground up, this is your chance.

We’re looking for team members who:
🤎 Enjoy working with people
🤎 Show up when they say they will
🤎 Work hard and take pride in what they do
🤎 Want to be part of a positive team environment

No restaurant experience? That’s okay. We can teach skills. We can’t teach attitude.

✅ Must be at least 16 years old

We can finally tell you where The Sour Boule Location 2 is headed!

We’re not open just yet, and we aren’t ready to announce hours yet either… but things are moving, and we couldn’t be more excited to become part of the Aledo community.

This location will have the same scratch-made, long-fermented sourdough goodness you’ve come to expect from us, along with some exciting additions we’re working on behind the scenes. 👀
