🚨 HOLLOW HEIGHTS UPDATE! 🚨

Our Master Distiller, Ben Martinez, has the latest update on everything happening at Hollow Heights!

🥃 Liquor License Update We’re headed to City Council on July 7th for one of the final steps in the approval process. After that, it moves to the State for final approval. We’re getting closer!

👥 WE’RE HIRING! Join us at our Hiring Fair on July 6th & 7th 🕐 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM 🕔 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
We’re hiring ALL positions—front and back of house. If you want to be part of the Hollow family, come apply!

🍔 Soft Opening Coming Soon We’re planning to open the kitchen mid-July with or without the liquor license (but we’re crossing our fingers we’ll have spirits ready too! 🤞🏽🤞🏽). Keep an eye on our pages for the official dates.

🎉 Grand Opening It’s looking like our official Grand Opening will be early to mid-August. We’re working hard to get the doors fully open and can’t wait to welcome everyone!

⚽ World Cup Watch Parties Until further notice, ALL World Cup matches will be shown at our Downtown location! Great soccer, great food, handcrafted cocktails, and the best fans in town. We all need a drink while watching the match! 🍻

🚧 One More Win! It looks like our landlord has the materials for the fence, so we may finally have a fence going up soon! 🙌

We’re dropping our BRAND NEW cocktail menu this Friday + Saturday from 5–10 PM — and we’re celebrating the only way we know how: with incredible drinks, amazing people, and unforgettable art.

SATURDAY NIGHT gets even bigger —

From 6–10 PM, Cloudface will be transforming the space with a special gallery show featuring his original paintings throughout Hollow Spirits Heights.

If you’ve had our Rum or Gin, you already know his work. Cloudface created the paintings featured on our labels, and his art has helped define the look, feel, and soul of Hollow Spirits from the very beginning. His style is woven into our identity, and we’re honored to finally showcase more of his work on our walls.

Attention!! We finally got videos of the fence thieves. We are working with APD and need any information or videos. They came 4/30 between 10:19am and 12:01pm. It was 2 men driving a large black truck and trailer. Please DM us if you have dash cams or any videos of them at that time. We're ready to put this behind us but want some help catching these guys.
