Just picked up this ancient piece of machinery, from a time when machine were built to last forever.

You can now expect to have homemade tortillas for our burritos, Phò-rittos and our Poke-rittos…

Don’t worry, we’ll package them up as well so you can have your own pack of Café Nom Nom tortillas in your kitchen.

Good morning.

Well folks, a lot of you have asked and continue to ask about if and when we will either have the food truck or another brick and mortar up so it looks like that we may actually have a brick and mortar sooner. It may not be ready until possibly June first.

Here’s a pic that does not represent what it will look like. It was simply being used to post.

If all goes well, Café Nom Nom will be back and under its own roof and in the hopes of its own Beer & Wine License and the location would be in Corrales.

The menu would be close to what we served before with some additional change that you’re going to love so let’s cross our fingers.
