This one is for the potato lovers. The secret to our potatoes is lots of love (acidity to break down starches,) lots of patience (we wash the hell out the starches,) and a few rounds of heat (parboil, parfry) to achieve the perfect crispy exterior and creamy interior. Accompanied by scrambled eggs, sausage and smothered in our country gravy- we suggest a side of green for the best experience 🫶🏽
