Meet The Hatch High Roller.

A Wagyu beef bratwurst with Hatch green chile & blackberry, topped with house dijonnaise, sherry-kissed caramelized onions and crispy onion strings.

Rich, spicy, a little sweet, and definitely not your average brat.

We only got our hands on a very limited number of these Wagyu sausages, so when they’re gone, they’re gone.

It was great to sit down with Senator Ben Ray Luján, share a meal, and talk about something that’s always been important to us: taking care of our neighbors.

Senator Luján was recognized this year with a James Beard Foundation Impact Award for his work addressing hunger and food insecurity.

We’re just a hot dog shop, but over the years we’ve tried to do our part. Whether that was providing free meals during government shutdowns, feeding people during COVID, or stepping up when we saw a need, this community has supported us for a long time and we’ve always believed in giving that support back when we can. New Mexico kids deserve full bellies!

I really appreciate Senator Luján taking the time to come by, hear a little bit of our story, and talk about what we can all do to take care of New Mexicans.

And of course, we couldn’t let him leave hungry. 🌭
