Hey everyone! I didn’t get a chance to make a video this week, but I wanted to say thank you for all the responses to last week’s video! There were SO many great (and creative) guesses at our new tres leches flavor… but nobody got it!

It’s actually been on the menu for a few days now, so some of you may have already discovered it. But if not…

🔥 Introducing our S’mores Tres Leches! 🔥

Chocolate sponge cake with a classic tres leches soak, marshmallow whipped cream, graham cracker crumble, chocolate sauce and marshmallow sauce.

S’mores have always been a favorite of mine. There’s just something about them that brings back those memories of being a kid around a campfire. I really wanted to see how those flavors would translate into a tres leches and… I think this one turned out pretty good. 😁

This week’s special is Korean Fried Chicken Bites: crispy fried chicken tossed in a sweet and spicy glaze made with locally crafted NM ChileJang, served over crisp Napa cabbage and finished with scallions and sesame.

We love supporting local, and we’re big fans of NM ChileJang! We already use it on our Crossroads Burger, so when we started playing around with this week’s special, it was an easy choice. We’re always happy to find new ways to feature great New Mexico-made products on our menu. 🌶️

Hey everyone! This week I wanted to switch it up for our "Test Kitchen Tuesday" (on a Wednesday, my bad 😬) and make you all something that I think is great for this weather. This one is a Thai-style grilled chicken sandwich with a chile peanut sauce, and pineapple-jalapeno chutney. It's a hit with the staff and I hope you come check it out. Thanks to everyone who's been coming out and supporting us. I am still so blown away by the reception to these specials.

Also, I've got a new seasonal tres leches coming soon, hopefully tomorrow! I'm just working on the final touches. It's a little nod towards the end of summer... Any guesses? First correct guess gets one on me, (when it's ready!)🔥

Hey everyone, I wanted to do another video and just thank you all for all the support. What started as me waking up one day thinking about pimento cheese turned into this hugely popular special and it totally took me by surprise. Hope you all enjoyed the bacon jam and pimento cheese burger. I still have a few left if you want to try it before it's gone.

This week's special is a Stroganoff burger. It's got sherry and beef jus glazed mushrooms and onions, a stroganoff-inspired crema, crispy onions, and your cheese of choice. I'm a little biased but...I think it's pretty good. 😆

We are headed to the Green Chile Cheeseburger Smackdown in Santa Fe!!! A huge thank you to everyone for the support, and a huge thank you to my team who is working so hard to make all of this happen. I am so proud and grateful for them!

Hey everyone!

I'm starting something new over here that I'm calling Test Kitchen Tuesdays. It's basically a space for myself and my crew to experiment and try some new ideas for dishes. It'll be all small batch, limited run, blink and you'll miss it offerings.

I'm not great behind the camera (and also it's hot and bright outside) 😅 but I did want to introduce myself and tell you all to be on the lookout for some fun ideas from us. Sometimes you get an idea for a dish stuck in your head that you just can't let go until you see it happen, and this is an outlet for that.
