Yum. Christmas (which is red and green chile in New Mexico) chicken enchiladas are the very best. Can't beat em. Owners run the joint so it's hands on cooking. You can watch if you want. Food is fresh. Wait staff excellent. These guys are open every day and on Friday/Saturday night tim 3 a.m. Ohh man!
