🍖 Herb Marinated Pork Ribeye — Sackett Farms pork, hatch green chile & peach jam, house pancetta, roasted corn & cannellini bean succotash. Big on flavor, incredibly tender.

🍸 Sarti Spritz — Minonetto Prosecco, Sarti, soda water, lime. Made with a new-to-market aperitivo built on Sicilian oranges, mango & passionfruit.
