We began as a true Mom & Pop business with our teenagers taking orders and running the cash register. Even our five-year-old did his best to bus tables. (Our customers got a real kick out of him.) Over the past years, both our family and our restaurant have “grown up.” Although we still serve generous portions of authentic New Mexican dishes, we have expanded our menu to include a variety of other dishes that are sure to satisfy.
