📣 Family, Fire, and Delicious Pizza at Blue Lion Pub and Pizzeria! 🍕🔥

Last night was one for the books! We had a special family gathering with Ken’s cousin Jordan, his wonderful wife Carolyn, and their sweet kiddos, Henry and Clara, visiting from Boulder, CO.

The Albuquerque evening was perfect, and we spent much of it outside, soaking up the warmth of the pizza oven, savoring delicious pizza pies, and enjoying the best kind of company—family. Having children in the house brought such a joyful energy, reminding us of the simple joys of good food, laughter, and togetherness.

Here’s to more nights like this! 🍻💙

💙🍕 What a fabulous night at The Blue Lion Pub and Pizzaria! A massive thank you to all our amazing guests who made our Spring Pizza Party a blast!💙🍕
We unveiled two new Spring Pizzas: The Garden Symphony and The Asparagus and Prosciutto Amore. Our first attempt at the white pizza was The Asparagus and Prosciutto Amore was a huge hit, with The Garden Symphony a close second! 🌟🌷
Thanks for bringing such great energy and making the night so memorable. Can't wait to have you all back again—here's to more delicious pizza and fun memories! 🥂💙

HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL OUR FRIENDS

Well, it has been a great weekend here at The Blue Lion. We kept the fire from last night's pizza party going and had a Father's Day Brunch with.......wait for it, BREAKFAST PIZZA! Super delicious. and, for those health-conscious friends, we have now perfected whole wheat pizza dough too, but it is hard to pass up our original dough. ....
We had some amazing combinations from scrambled eggs (and cracked egg sunny side up), hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, green chile, chives, and even some jelly! (and finished with: taco sauce, ketchup, red pepper flakes, S&P, etc) Definitely a keeper. 🥚🥓🥔🧀🔥
Stay tuned to see what's in the oven tonight for dinner!
