Our Egg Salad Sandwich is now available!

We decided on a traditional recipe that contains chopped hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, diced celery, sweet pickle relish, and then it's seasoned with a little bit of salt & pepper.

The default version of our egg salad sandwich will include leaf lettuce; but you can add tomato, red onions, cucumbers, sprouts, etc. and spices such as Paprika if you wish.

We recommended Breads such as our Honey White, Honey Wheat, or Montana Crunch (Highly recommended).

Try it - We think you'll love it!

We specialize in whole grain breads using freshly ground whole wheat & rye flour; & amazing treats (Cinnamon Rolls, Scones, & Muffins). Customers love our artisan breads (Sourdough, French, Rye), gluten free items (Thurs. & Sun.), and our low carb items.

Because there are so many variations that you can make; we decided on a traditional recipe that contains chopped hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, diced celery, sweet pickle relish, and then it's seasoned with a little bit of salt & pepper.

A lot of people include specific ingredients in their version; for example yellow mustard, chives, fresh dill, diced green onions, etc.

The default version of our egg salad sandwich will include leaf lettuce; but you can add tomato, red onions, cucumbers, sprouts, etc. and spices such as Paprika if you wish.

We recommended Breads such as our Honey White, Honey Wheat, or Montana Crunch.
Regardless - we think you'll like it.

Everyone: Here's a PSA regarding Sandwich Customization at the Bakery.

Don't forget that you can make substitutions & changes to all of the Bakery's hand-crafted Sandwiches. Many are no charge; some cost extra (i.e. get sandwich on Gluten-Free bread).

For example; swap the Ham for Turkey, add Avocado, use Yellow mustard instead of Dijon, No tomatoes, No Mayo, add extra onions; add extra meat, Swiss instead of Provolone, toast the bread or the entire sandwich, etc. The choices are endless.

And of course you can always add NM's beloved Hatch Green Chile to any sandwich!

We’re trying to decide on the name for a new sandwich we are planning to start offering at the Bakery soon. Just in time for Summer.

It is going to have Pepperoni, Salami, Ham, & Provolone cheese, topped with mayo, lettuce, tomato, red onion, sliced banana peppers & Sriracha mayo, all served up on a fresh Hoagie roll. Prototype photo shown below.

We know you will love it (we do); but what would you call it?

If we choose your suggestion; you’ll get a Sandwich Combo (sandwich, chips, & drink) on us.

So give it a shot!

We're working on expanding our Sandwich Menu and wanted to get some feedback from our customers.

What do you think of these possible new offerings (some might be made every day, and some of them might be only on certain days; i.e. Pastrami might be Friday - Sunday only like our Baker's Choice Specials), we're still discussing it.

Cold:
Egg Salad: Hard boiled Eggs, Mayo, diced Celery, Yellow Mustard,
& Diced Dill Pickles,
Super Club: Sliced Turkey, Ham, & Chicken, with Bacon, Swiss,
Cheddar, Chipotle Spread and/or Mayo, with Lettuce,
Tomato, & Red Onion

Hot:
Pastrami: Pastrami, Swiss, Dijon or Chipotle 1000 Island, with
Coleslaw or Sauerkraut
Reuben: Corned Beef, Swiss, Whipped Horseradish or Chipotle

Rachel: A Reuben made with Turkey instead of Corned Beef

This upcoming Monday is the day that we remember & honor the Military Men, Women, & Service Dogs that gave their lives protecting their fellow Soldiers and defending our Country.

To honor their memory and selfeless ultimate sacrifice we will be making special treats for the entire 3-day weekend; as well as Gluten-Free Specials on Sunday.
