So we had a lot of success this weekend! And I bought some extra beef to make hamburgers! And then… it rained. 🫪
So allow my mistake to be your lunch this Thursday! We’ll have cheese burgers and a few steak Phillies. Fries. Scotcharoos. At the barn. 11-1.

It’s that time again!

Rae Valley Days begins Friday Aug 21. Admission is FREE (which is insane considering the things to do and the fun you will have)
TSP will be serving lunch Saturday and Sunday. Brisket, burgers, and pulled pork mac and cheese. Jacques UNBEATABLE Mac salad and fruit (melons fresh from my garden)
Saturday evening we’ll also be hosting a steak dinner. Great for families or couples. (The romance. The stars. The scent of diesel fumes!) Flat irons or NY strips, garden fresh green beans, and garden fresh potatoes. What more could you need? I’ll tell you. Pie! Handmade of course.

I could go on and on about the memories with family, the sunburns, the flea market, the food vendors, the beautiful weather forecast, and more. But there’s no better way to experience ALL of this than joining us this weekend. You will not regret it.
