To Our Valued Customers and Friends,
After more than 17 wonderful years, we have made the difficult decision to sell our bagel shop and begin a new chapter.
This is not an announcement we ever imagined writing, and it certainly was not an easy decision. For nearly two decades, this shop has been much more than a business, it has been our second home, a place where friendships were formed, stories were shared, and countless mornings began together.
From the very beginning, you welcomed us into your lives. You trusted us with your breakfast routines, your coffee breaks, your family traditions, and your special moments. Many of you walked through our doors as customers and became friends. We watched families grow, children become adults, and neighbors become like family. One of the greatest joys of these years was getting to know you personally. We took pride in remembering your names, your usual orders, and sometimes even having them ready before you reached the counter. Those small moments of connection meant everything to us. They reminded us every day that what we were building was far more meaningful than serving bagels, it was creating a community.
We have poured our hearts into this shop. We celebrated successes, learned valuable lessons, overcame challenges, and grew alongside all of you. Every early morning, every busy weekend, every conversation across the counter has shaped who we are and left us with memories we will cherish forever.
As we prepare to pass the torch, our hearts are filled with gratitude. Thank you for your loyalty, your kindness, your patience, and your support through the years. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your daily lives and for making this journey so rewarding. While change is never easy, we leave knowing that this community has given us more than we could ever express. The memories, friendships, and connections we have made will stay with us always.
