Today, we aren't just saying goodbye to Edith—we're celebrating an amazing woman who meant so much to all of us.
Over 30 years ago, she helped build Log Cabin from the ground up. She wasn't just an owner; she was the heart of it. She poured everything she had into this place—from chopping BBQ and cooking bacon before the sun came up, to making sure every customer felt like family. Her hard work, dedication, and love are the reason Log Cabin is what it is today.
But as important as this business was to her, her greatest joy was always her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and someone we could always count on. She taught us the value of hard work, kindness, and never giving up.
We're heartbroken that she's gone, but we're also so thankful. Because of her, we have something special to carry on. Every day we open the doors to Log Cabin, we'll do it in honor of her, remembering the foundation she built and the love she poured into it.
Thank you, Edith, for everything you've given us. We love you, we'll miss you every day, and we promise your legacy will live on.
