Muffuletta-Style (V3.0)
We have been messing around quite a bit with this over the past few weeks dialing in and balancing every aspect. We are pretty pumped on where it currently stands. Layers of Mortadella, Salami, Spicy Cap, and Provolone sandwiched between a fermented Giardiniera and Olive spread. As always, the impeccable meats come from our friends and small batch producer . These ain’t the average sliced meats you’ll find at the grocery store, y’all.
Mezze (Vegan)
Needs no introduction. A returning old favorite that is straight up crave inducing. A bean spread and sundried tomato spread hold together layers of dolma, artichoke, roasted red peppers and pickled red onions. It’s messy and perfect.
As sandwiches aren’t necessarily new to us here, how we do them now is quite different. In fact, we have been talking out how to do this for almost a year now. Only a certain amount are made each day, and are available in a full or half portion. They are pre-made and wrapped so you can begin eating as soon as you sit down or just grab and go if you need to keep it moving. HOWEVER, when they are gone for the day, they are gone.
