This person would have day - to - day tasks, prep the cafe, involves some light cooking and serving of customers. This is a Monday through Friday position. What a Day !! We opened up shop at another Café Location, B-rads Executive Bistro @ 44 Holland Avenue. Thank you to all who came and visited us. Whether it be to grab something tasty for breakfast or lunch, to just say hi and scope things out or introduce themselves and get to know us 🙂 We are happy to be serving in another building and can't wait to grow, upgrade and expand our presence here ! Thank you to all of our staff who've worked countless hours leading up to today and in crunch time pulled off a successful first day !! We appreciate you, our friends at NYS OGS and all of our patrons. We plan to keep everyone fed and energized. Stay tuned !! Many updates on the scenery, menu and more to come. Everyone here at B-rads were busy bees this past week. We once again partnered with Equinox and Troy Prep to Prepare Thanksgiving meals for our community and families around the capital region. Thankful to be part of such a good cause and are so happy to coordinate with these organizations each year to bring joy and delicious food to everyone we can.

B-rads Catering is looking for an experienced Head Chef and also Line cooks who have flexible hours and extensive knowledge of the business to satisfy positions at Shaker Ridge Country Club for the 2023 season. To begin training for the remainder of this 2022 season. The head Chef will report directly to the Owner of B-rads Catering and will oversee and develop the Food and Beverage contract within Shaker Ridge Country Club.
