Merry Acres Inn is currently looking for a part-time Night Clerk / Front Desk Associate to join our hotel team.

This position is perfect for someone who is dependable, professional, and comfortable working overnight or evening front desk shifts in a hospitality setting.

Position: Part-Time Night Clerk / Front Desk Associate
Location: Merry Acres Inn
Schedule: Night shifts / part-time hours

Responsibilities may include:

- Greeting and assisting hotel guests
- Checking guests in and out
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Taking reservations and assisting with guest requests
- Handling payments and front desk transactions
- Monitoring the front desk and lobby area during night hours
- Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
- Completing nightly reports or shift paperwork
- Providing excellent customer service
- Helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment

Ideal candidates should be:

- Dependable and punctual
- Friendly and professional
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Good with customer service and communication
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Hotel or front desk experience is a plus, but not required
