Sometimes life takes an unexpected turn. We’re a little sad, but we’re ready to keep moving forward — and honestly, we’re getting really excited about what’s next for Pad Thai Noodle. 💛

We’re creating a fresh new menu filled with dishes you’ve been missing, old favorites you’ve been asking for, and new dishes we can’t wait for you to try.

And when we say new, we mean something special — the kind of food we grew up eating and the dishes Thai people actually love to eat back home. 🇹🇭

Think of it as a little trip to Thailand, without the plane ticket. ✈️❤️

But here’s the best part: we want YOU to help shape the new menu with us.

🌴🇹🇭 Starting today, we’re taking some time away for a special family trip home to Thailand. ❤️

Dear Pad Thai Noodle family,

Starting today, August 8, Pad Thai Noodle will be CLOSED through September 12, 2026.

Since the unexpected incident at our restaurant, our family hasn’t had the opportunity to return to Thailand together. We feel it’s finally time to go home, visit our family, reconnect with loved ones, and spend some meaningful time together. 🇹🇭❤️

We are incredibly grateful for all the love, kindness, and support you’ve shown our family and our small business along the way. It truly means more to us than we can say.

✨ We will REOPEN on Sunday, September 13, 2026.

We’ll miss you while we’re away, but we’re looking forward to coming back refreshed, with happy hearts — and maybe a little inspiration from Thailand to bring back to Albany! 🇹🇭🍜✨

💛 We Came Back… And Because of You, We Won.

18 months ago, we truly didn’t know if Pad Thai Noodle would ever recover.

After the explosion forced us to close our doors, our family faced one of the most difficult times in our lives. There were days filled with uncertainty, heartbreak, and fear of losing something we had built with so much love.

But through it all, our wonderful community never gave up on us.

7 months ago, we reopened with hope in our hearts… and today, we are beyond grateful to share that Pad Thai Noodle was voted 🏆 WINNER for Best Southeast Asian Restaurant in the Times Union Best of the Capital Region 2026 awards.

This beautiful moment belongs to all of you.

To every customer who supported us, waited for us, voted for us, encouraged us, and continued believing in our family through the hardest chapter of our journey — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️🇹🇭

We truly would not be here today without your love and support.

Pad Thai Noodle is more than just a restaurant to us. It is our home, our passion, and our way of sharing love through food with our community.
