❤️💚Christmas is right around the corner! Once again, I plan to cook 20 briskets and 40 racks of ribs. I will be accepting orders from now until December 19❤️💚

Brisket prices will be $160.00 per whole brisket. It will be sliced inside of a full pan tray.

St. Louis cut slab ribs will be $25.00 a slab with a brisket purchase or $30.00 a slab with a minimum of 2 slabs.

Pick up will be the evening of the 27th or the morning of the 28th.

Brisket prices will be $160.00 per whole brisket. It will be sliced with warming instructions inside of a full pan tray.

I also plan to add pork belly burnt ends to the menu for the Christmas cook if this one goes well.

****ALL OF THE BRISKETS ARE RESERVED FOR THIS MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND***

Thank you ALL !!!!

I will be cooking 6 BRISKETS for this upcoming
MOTHER’s day weekend.

They will be ready for pick up or meet up by 2 pm Saturday. - 20 mile limit for meet up ( either dollar store in Holden or carters in Albany) or additional charges will apply !!

The briskets range from 13-14lbs pre trimmed
Each one will feed 10-20 people.
They will be in a foil pan / already sliced and ready to serve. I will give detailed instructions on warming it up to serve ..
