We are looking to grow our team! Help is wanted for a Baker's Assistant. Below are the qualifications & responsibilities!

Qualifications:
- No experience needed
- Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
- Be reliable and maintain a consistent and punctual work attendance
- Prepare freshly baked items daily for retail and wholesale customers based on the orders for the day
- Operate baking equipment
- Follow recipes and instructions
- Prepare ingredients by measuring and scaling dough
- Complete work assignments in a timely manner
- Package and load bread to deliver to wholesale customers
- Collaborate and follow instructions from other bakers
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean work area, clean up after yourself, and eliminate waste

In need of delicious, fresh, italian bread for your Christmas dinner table!? Or what about some homemade cookies & cannoli for desert?! We’ll be here from 8-4 Christmas Eve! Everything is first come, first serve, so hurry in before we sell out! We will be closed Christmas Day! Of course, we will be abiding by the Covid-19 guidelines, so make sure to distance yourselves in line! Masks are required to enter the store, & only 3 people are allowed in the store at all times in designated areas marked by x’s on the floor! We hope everyone has a happy & healthy holiday!!
