Got some great new flavors coming your way this week 😋 The return of Guava, Something slightly sweet AND savory, a twist on one of our most sought after flavor fillings of all time... Coquito, AND the return of Butter Pecan, which is one of my personal faves. Heres the flavor details----

Big Blue- a lemon curd filled donut with blueberry icing and blueberry cookie crumble on top

Toasternaut- a coquito flavored whip cream filling with vanilla icing and toasted coconut topping.

LAY-UP- a ring donut dipped in chocolate ganache and crunchy potato chips.

Butter Pecan- a ring donut dipped in butter pecan icing with housemade candied pecans on top with sprinkles too.

G-cheezy- a guava filled donut with a cream cheese icing.

Peanut Butter Pops- a peanut buttercreme filled donut with chocolate ganache and peanut butter drizzle.

We hate to switch it up on you mid menu, But due to constant issues with our supplier acquiring the amazing raspberry silk jelly we usually fill donuts with the Trans Flag donut now identifies as Apple filled with Marshmallow icing.

Here's some fun custom work we did this week. Love a good fantasy theme.

???? - Did you get in to try one of our beverages that dropped on National Donut Day? If so- what did you get? We are going to keep the same donut menu next week, but we will have another drink menu dropping this week...
Mango Star Tea is going to stay with us for the summer season- if you haven't tried this yet, well you just have no clue what your missing out on.
Some of the specials we will continue and a few will retire and we will add some new ones... I am toying with the idea of adding a pistachio cold brew made with real pistachio butter- Mostly because I made myself one and it might have just been the best cold brew I have EVER had... pistachio flavors are good... but being able to capture the roasted flavor of actual pistachios really floored me. Shout out your favorite to help me build a great menu ♡

Ive been real quiet about what tomorrow is, mostly because Ive been burning the candle at both ends lately and feel like Im just making it day to day 🙃 Tomorrow is National Donut Day- its kind of a big deal! In the past we have had a drink menu that pairs with a free donut when you purchase of the special one day only menu- Due to the rising cost of literally everything this year we are offering a $1 donut with each purchase off of the attached menu. I dont usually go off proclaiming how amazing this or that is.... but I do want to give you a little insight to why I feel our beverage program is worth supporting-
1st and foremost- Since our inception we have partnered with Kru Coffee, their based out of Saratoga and they have relationships with the farms that their beans come from.... as in they travel there and make deals directly with farms so they know they are not promoting exploited workers, we love that. As such, what we offer is ORGANIC, fair trade, AND rain forest alliance certified.
MANY of our flavoring syrups are made and mixed by us in house- we use an amazing flavor company called and its also what we use to make our donut glazes and icings so true to taste.
Mango tea is organic and has pureed mango, Strawberry Matcha has straight up pureed strawberries and is made with ceremonial grade matcha- people say that doesnt matter- it all tastes the same... um NO- cheap matcha tastes like lawnmower clippings. We are pulling out all the stops to bring you some amazingly expertly curated beverages, not just in taste, but in visual appeal too ♡
Alas, I will stop because it is National Donut Day not Coffee day... but i got on a tangent there, and I know everyone is striving to offer something special and unique.... and I just wanted to share that we are too.

We will have a huge variety of donuts available tomorrow- mire than what is on our menu, we will be bringing back coconut creme, banana creme pie, key lime pie and some other favorites. We will do our best to keep it moving all day long at both locations. Its one of our favorite days of the year and we cant wait to see you ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

This is amazing news, let's all cross our collective fingers that this is something good our law makers can make happen.

BUUUUUT- Let's also continue to push for that 3 year moratorium thats also on the table- Write. CALL and let your voice be heard that we want Senate Bill S9144A and Assembly Bill A10141 to make it in front of the Environmental Conservation Committee THIS YEAR. You can also go to https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/bills/2025/S9144/amendment/A and let your opinion be known directly in written form to your representative.

The moratorium would place a hold on large data center projects and require an environmental impact study on data center development in the state.

Happy Pride month- we know you've been waiting for the return of your favorite Pride themed treats and we hope you'll be wowed.

Here's the details on special flavors.....

Rainbow Connection- a blue raspberry and vanilla swirled icing with whip cream clouds and a rainbow bridge.
Gay Bar- an orange creamsicle mousse filled bar adorned with 🌈 rainbow stripes
Lavender Latte- a lavender dipped donut with a dollop of espresso whip cream and a sprinkle of espresso powder.
Bi Flag- filled with cake batter whip cream and dipped in wildberry icing
Le***an Flag- filled with strawberry pudding and dipped in vanilla bean and ube icing
Gay Flag- filled with chocolate mousse and dipped in red velvet icing
Trans Flag- filled with raspberry jelly and iced with marshmallow icing

Everything will be decorated with extra sparkles, sprinkles and color galore. 🌈🍩
