Yellowfin tuna marinated for 24hrs in fresh garlic, onion, jalapeño, a little Dijon and lots of fresh citrus. Then slow smoked to capture all that flavor.

Smoked & Braised Jamaican Jerk Oxtails — Marinated in a fresh House-made jerk paste packed with real island flavor, then slow smoked over pecan wood until a deep bark forms. From there, they’re braised low and slow in a rich beef stock until fall-apart tender.

Served over turmeric & garlic infused jasmine rice with a side of our loaded collards cooked down with Benton’s Tennessee Bacon, onions, garlic, peppers, as well as a side of mango coleslaw.

Soft, rich oatmeal cookies sandwiched with our signature cream filling and made the way only The BH can do it.

ONLY 105 AVAILABLE….Last batch we made 95 and they vanished in 40 minutes! Let’s see how fast we can sell out this time.
