Working at The Delaware gives me the unique opportunity to experience something new every day! Whether it’s meeting a new guest or trying a new dish, it’s always exciting to come in and wonder what I’ll learn that day. Working along side Chef Jay, Chef Nate, and my whole staff is a pleasure and privilege that gives me purpose! Our wonderful guests are just the cherry on top of something truly special. When I’m eating at the Delaware you’ll find me with a dozen oysters and a glass of Prosecco 🦪✨

Employee Spotlight! Meet Dana

Working at The Delaware has transformed my life in so many ways, I’m grateful to be part of this team that cares deeply about our community. Our guests show up for us every week, and connecting with them is the highlight of my day. My go-to drink to make is The French Connection which pairs with just about everything on our menu. If you catch me dining here instead of behind the bar, I’m probably ordering our Quinoa Bowl. Off the clock you’ll find me at the gym, on my yoga mat, or home with my kitties (I can never say no to that!)

France has 16 wine making regions, each with its own climate, grape, and story. Tonight we are pouring two of our favorites:

Le Rose d’Azur, Cotes de Provence - a perfume rosé with bright floral and citrus notes. Ask for it with our striped bass (perfect on the patio!)

Patent Cottet, Pinot Noir, Le Grand Caillou - bold, elegant, with notes of black currant and spice! A perfect match for our steak tartare.
