Easter weekend has finally arrived! We are eager to share a few photos of all the delicious specials that our head chefs have created. Our dinner specials (Mediterranean Lamb Chops & Seared Easter Scallops) will begin this evening and run through Easter night, they will be accompanied by a berry clafoutis desert that is available all weekend. Come in this evening and kick off the weekend festivities and don’t forget to call ahead on Easter Sunday.

The Bistro will also be selling beautiful flower bouquets from all weekend long.

Camille’s Bistro has been nominated for Best of the Willamette Valley 2025! We have received nominations in four categories: Best Albany Restaurant, Best All-Around Restaurant, **Best Breakfast** (Exciting!) and Best Outdoor Dining. Voting is open until April 4th, and participants can vote in every category daily until then. Having been open for only a year and a half, this recognition is truly an honor. Regardless of the outcome, we appreciate your consideration and express our sincere gratitude for supporting our restaurant and to be honest just coming to hangout and eat with us. Thank you 💕💕

We have several quiche inspirations available as well as the option to create your own. We require 24 hours upon ordering and all pick ups must be made during business hours. This weekends breakfast specials:

A breakfast sandwich made from homemade sourdough English muffin, maple sausage, scrambled egg, American style cheese made from Gruyère, and candied jalapeños.

The other special is sourdough pancakes with choice of ham, bacon, or sausage.

This weekend we have a few exciting specials to share with you all!

Dinner special Beef Stroganoff: Beef braised in a red wine porcini Demi-Glace reduction with stew mushrooms, shallots & herbs over a bed of fusilli egg noodles and topped with mascarpone.

Fruit De Mer: Pan seared wild caught Steele head, roasted asparagus, Parmesan risotto with a white wine clam sauce and crispy capers.
