As I pack everything up and head home from the 2026 Benton County Fair, my heart is just… FULL.

Thank you doesn’t even begin to cover what I’m feeling.

To every single person who stood in line, shared a post, told a friend, came back for a second (or third 😉) drink, cheered me on, or simply believed in Little Heifer Coffee Co… thank you. Your love, support, and encouragement mean more than you’ll ever know.

And to my tribe…

You are the reason I made it through this week.

The coffee cart runs.
The ice runs.
The supply runs.
The early mornings.
The late nights.
The stepping in without being asked.
The helping hands when I needed them most.
The laughs.
The pep talks.
The “I’ve got it” when I couldn’t do one more thing.

You carried me in more ways than you’ll probably ever realize.

Running a small business may have my name on it, but it takes a whole village behind the scenes to make it happen. I am beyond blessed to have the people I do.

This fair… this one was one for the books. One I’ll never forget.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making Year 3 at the Benton County Fair one I’ll always be proud of.

WOW… what a day! 🤍

We are beyond thankful for a record day at the fair! Every coffee, smile, and conversation means the world to us. Thank you for showing up and supporting our little coffee cart.

With today’s heat (and the extra heat from our machines 🥵), we’re going to call it a day and close at 3:45 PM so everyone can cool down and recharge.

Don’t worry—we’ll be back tomorrow for Day 4 of the fair, ready to sling your favorite drinks all over again! We can’t wait to see you. ☕🐄❤️

🎡🤎 Well… here we go again!

Little Heifer Coffee Co. is headed back to the Benton County Fair for the 3rd year in a row, and I still get just as excited as I did the first time I rolled this little coffee cart through the gates. 🥳

Truth be told, every time I get invited back somewhere, it reminds me that somebody believes in this little dream of mine. Four years ago, this was just a leap of faith. Now, because of all of you, I get to keep showing up, pouring coffee, sharing conversations, and making memories that I’ll hold onto forever.

To my regulars who come looking for me every year, thank you for making me feel like family. To the folks who make it a tradition to grab a drink before wandering the fairgrounds, thank you for choosing my little cart. And to those who will be stopping by for the very first time—I can’t wait to meet you.

I’m so incredibly thankful for every coffee ordered, every kind word, every shared post, every hug, and every smile. Y’all have helped build Little Heifer Coffee Co. into something I could have only dreamed of, and I don’t ever want to take that for granted.

The espresso is ready, the syrups are stocked, and this coffee girl is ready to sling drinks all week long! Come find me, say hi, and let me make your favorite drink while you enjoy everything the fair has to offer.
