Hello,

A little bit about me! I am a 23 yr old baker based in Albany Oregon. I have a passion for being out with nature and cooking everything from scratch. Instead of gaming most of the time, I like to expand my pallet of recipes and explore.

Then I found a passion for baking and decide why not start a business! In May 2026 is when Baked & Grown Albany was founded by myself. I cook everything from scratch (no boxed) no preservatives, and no dyes!

I offer the following and am always expanding the menu to explore what you and I like best!

Big Dinner Rolls, Big Cinnamon Rolls, Apple Cinnamon Loaf, Apple Cinnamon Cookies, Molasses Cookies, Chocolate Chip Cookies and Muffins, Cinnamon Coffee Cake, White Bread Loaf.

I always am taking request and preorders! Preorder pickup is every Friday evening or Saturday early morning! Delivery available in Albany with a minimum subtotal.

So excited to be apart of this wonderful community event. I'm looking forward to it!

September is here, and I can’t believe I’m actually typing that.

What started as a little idea I wasn’t even sure anyone would want to participate in has turned into 8 local businesses saying YES and a growing number of community members telling me they’re excited to get out and explore.
