This is where we started!
When we tested beans in 2018-19 we loved the balanced flavor produced by the fair-trade, organic coffee out of Chiapas, Mexico. Years later, we’re providing this single-origin whole bean in bags for you to enjoy!

Whether you’re pulling espresso shots, drip brewing, doing pour-overs, french pressing, or cold brewing, we’ve found this bean, roasted a touch past medium, produces a harmonious mix of tropical, nutty, and dark chocolate notes.

There’s something endearing about seeing our cold brew on a handwritten grocery list. Someone looked in their fridge, said “ah, we’re running low on ,” grabbed a pen and paper, wrote it down with the rest of their essentials, gave the list to their partner, and had them visit our booth 🥹

Here’s the story of this photo we posted in January 2023 ☀️🌴

The year is 2022, it’s going into winter and we officially put our website up and start shipping out coffee concentrate from our business .
To our surprise we almost immediately see an order come in from Southern California!!!

It comes from one of Mel’s childhood friends that he hasn’t seen in years. So you know we were super excited when he pulls up on us in Troy almost two years later.

Thank you so much, Keith, for being one of the FIRST supporters of Upstate’s Cold Brew. We love you!

We still have a couple weeks left at the Outdoor Troy Farmers Market and we’d love to see you all before the seasons change 🍂❄️

We were happy to learn that they’re also Nitro fans and picked up a 4-pack at ! We think our cold brew goes perfectly with their cookies n creme and classic strawberry.
