It is an incredible honor to receive the NYS Senate Empire Award presented by Senator Pat Fahy and accompanied by County Executive Dan McCoy, Assemblywoman Gabriella Romero, Mayor Kathy Sheehan, Downtown Bid & staff from Governor Kathy Hochul’s office.

After 43 years, we continue to provide our guests with the same great cuisine and service here in Albany’s old Little Italy on Grand Street. With Franco & Carli taking the torch from Jim, they hope to one day pass it on to the next generation to continue tradition for another half a century. We wouldn’t be here without our incredible staff, some like Lane & Jen who have been with us for 30-40 years. And a special thank you to all our loyal customers that have trusted us from a simple dinner, to weddings & trips to Italy. Grazie a tutti ❤️🇮🇹

What was originally planned to be a few day extension for our October trip, Franco & Carli went all in for a seven night itinerary on the exotic Tuscan coast. We stay at two resorts that are unique, beautiful and excel in hospitality. This fall will be our first time bringing guests, only allowing a few couples to join us to indulge in the tranquil beauty of Maremma. As always, our philosophy remains the same: gastronomic experiences like no other tour with respect to the land in which we reside. Slow food, incredible wine, and families who carry on tradition. The Capriccian way.
