Another summer break comes to an end!  Tom greeted the lunch crowd all summer long. Today he leaves us to go back to educating some banh-mazing young people. Thanks for a fun summer Tom!  We miss you already 😢

And just like that, summer is (almost) over. If you have come in later in the afternoon this summer, you were likely greeted by Priya. She became a bubble tea master and clean up ninja. She’s leaving to go back to school to become an amazing architect. We’ll miss her, but she promised to come visit! Good luck this year Priya! We’ll see you next summer 😉

So after her dramatic refusal to operate Monday and Tuesday-a new part has been installed and our Banh-mazing mixer is back on line. Thank you for your patience with the ‘definitely not traditional’ bread the past two days. We’re back to normal today! Whew. 😅

We will be closed all of Christmas week M-F. We’ll be back on Monday 12/29 for a few days until New Years. Then back to our regular routine on 1/5/26.
