We will be closed all of Christmas week M-F. We’ll be back on Monday 12/29 for a few days until New Years. Then back to our regular routine on 1/5/26.

We are so deeply honored to receive an official Proclamation from NYS Senator for our little contribution to the community in the Capital Region. We are so proud to be able to share our Vietnamese American heritage and food with everyone. No matter who they are or where they’re from. This Proclamation is proof that we are on our right path and we are here to represent!!

Yesterday we had the pleasure of having a fine bunch of students from the culinary program visit us. They got to have some banh mi’s and hear a little bit about our story. We got to learn a little about them as well…they’re doing some pretty cool things up at and we’re definitely going to try to get up to their student run restaurant. Thanks to Emily and Matt for including us on their learning adventures!

Starting 9/15 we’ll be back open on Sundays 11am-3pm! Mondays thru Fridays are unchanged 11am to 6pm. (Please note we’ll most likely be closed on any Monday that’s a holiday but we’ll definitely let you know when that happens). Thank you for all your support! 😊

In case you missed our story yesterday, It was Andie’s last day with us😭😭. She’s off to school but we’re hoping she comes back and visits us during winter break🤞

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT…we will be open Monday to Wednesday this week from 11-3. We’ll be closed for the 4th of July holiday on Thursday and Friday but then back open on Saturday the 6th.

After that we’ll be open Mondays thru Fridays from 11-6pm. CLOSED ON WEEKENDS for the rest of July at least and possibly August.
Apologies to our weekend only regulars! Please visit us on a weekday if you can!
