I know this will be sudden news but it is with a sad sad heart that we announce the closing of The Alba Press. Bailey has wanted to be a chef since the second grade. With the brewery and the extra space, we found an opportunity to let her do just that. As a 17-year-old she thought it was pretty cool that she owned her own business and she worked her butt off behind the scenes and behind the presses. Bailey is getting ready to start her senior year and she came to us with tears in her eyes. Wondering how she was going to do it all. Senior schedule, senior swimmer, and restaurant owner?! This business was created for Bailey but has been an added stress for the whole family to keep it running with growing food costs and demands of the Brewery . This year of being open has taught her so much and we are so dang proud of how hard she worked . Now she can focus on being a senior and shaving time of her swims !! She is going to do amazing things in this life and I know she will own another food related business someday ... But for now we wanna let her be a kid while she still can !! Thank you all so much for supporting a young girl and her dreams ❤️

You guys do not want to miss tonight's firkin !!! Yum !!! We are also bringing back Cuban Panini this evening!!! This delicious panini uses Carnitas from our neighbors La Familia Mexican Restaurant ! It is definitely a fan favorite ! See you all soon !

🚨Firkin Friday is Here 🚨

🍓🍌Today 5pm we tap the Strawberry Banana Smoothie IPA🍓🍌 and after venting the cask this morning,we got to taste a bit and it’s pretty incredible. No doubt about it,it’s strawberry banana!

A sub category under Hazy IPA - a “smoothie beer” is heavily fruited, loaded with purees and a whole lot of vanilla . Bombarded with banana,strawberry and a whole lot of vanilla beans. This creates a creamy, full-bodied texture and bold opacity that shares the resemblance of an actual smoothie. These are First Come First Served til Gone Friends! Cheers to the Wknd! 🍻 🍻🍓🍌🍓🔥

It's Webb City Prom Weekend so we decided to have food trucks This weekend !!! ❤️ Starting us off will be Blondies Woodfire Wheelhouse !! Yummy wood fire pizza 🍕🍕🍕

Tomorrow we have Stuff Your Face !! We haven't had them in forever because they moved ❤️... but they are in town!!! I'm so excited !!!

HIRING !!!

Looking for someone with kitchen experience that can work 1-2 days a weekend possibly more if I find the right fit ?? Bailey is going to be swimming more this summer season and her senior year. So looking for someone that can help with menu planning, preparation and cooking . Hours are 3:30-9 pm Friday and Saturday and 1:30 to 5:30 on Sundays. Inquire with Tiff Artinger ❤️❤️❤️
