each day we start our morning by baking the rolls we use for our sandwiches
these rolls are prepared & cooked with a specific process that makes them ideal for our meatball and chicken parm sandwiches. unlike our pizza dough, they start with a steam that produces a beautiful crust & a soft and tender inside. then they finish baking as usual. the golden crust creates that satisfying crunch you know & love ❤️
