For a special occasion, ask about our chef's tasting menus, prepared by Chef Rudy to pair our fine Italian wines with savory flavors and sweet desserts. Also, in addition to our delivery and off-site catering services, Chef's Table is hosted on Saturdays at 6:00 PM for groups of 8 - 16. Enjoy a 4 course meal and wine pairing customized for you and your guests. Date and time restrictions apply. C'era Una Volta opened in 2004, and each year since, we have been honored to be recognized by the Academia Italiana della Cucina, an official organization of the Italian government, as an authentic Italian restaurant. Community has always truly been at the heart of our culinary philosophy. Come hungry. Experience Tuscany. Leave happy!
Born in Livorno, Italy, Chef Rudy and his partner, Chery Principato, will bring the taste of Tuscany to Opera In The Amphitheater. Created by two passionate Italians, C’era Una Volta (“once upon a time”) is inspired by a shared love of Italy’s rich culinary traditions, exceptional wine, and the joy of gathering around the table.

This duo tells a delicious story for us on Sept. 12th through a touch of Puccini and Mozart in their dishes, inspired by their Tuscan heritage and served with generous portions of warmth, tradition, and of course,lots of amore.

We look forward to seeing you at 4th Annual Opera in the Hamilton Amphitheater.
