What are these flowers?
Fennel flowers! Eat the flower (not the stem) just like that, perfect in salads for example! Tell us what you think :)

This week:

- Veggies -
Reg size: okra (the first harvest! see picture and idea below), English peas, Thai onion stems (just cook like green onions), zucchinis, green beans (the first harvest!)

- Fruits -
Reg size: yellow cherries, apricots, yellow/white peaches (store the ones no ready yet outside of the fridge, they will be perfect in about 2 days), white nectarines
Plus & Large sizes get extra: blackberries, plums
Large size gets extra: blueberries, peaches, apricots, nectarines

About the okra: an idea on how to cook them is to sauté them with garlic, onion and tomatoes. Delicious just on a slice of honey rye loaf from .kneaded.bakery !
