Hi,
After 5 years, 3 years in Colorado and 2 years in Akron, we are going to retire soon.
We need to be closer to our families, and to enjoy our retirement life.
Yes, it’s not easy for us to leave our ‘baby’.
We want to share or sell our successful food business with/to someone who loves cooking.
Sure! We’ll have to find the right person with cooking background, someone who can keep the name and the food style.
We operate the shop \ kitchen in Akron 4 days a week, 6 hours a day at present and make decent income, though you can operate daily and more hours, if you want.
It needs only 2, maximum 3 people to run. It has great location, good traffic, and affordable rent, in which, water, electricity, heater and A/C included;
We have already a lot of happy and loyal customers, and new customers are coming every day for dine- in, pickup and delivery.
With our special, delicious dishes, our customer base, and with All Equipment needed on site, you can just keep the business running. Of course, you will need overlapping time to learn the secrets of the preparation.
About the price: We can negotiate, sell all, or share with partner, we just don’t want to drop what we created in last five years. The business is our family baby, after all.
