Oh s**t! You've been calling and messaging and sending carrier pigeons for weeks now, 🕊️ trying to find out when we'd have your favorite Key Lime Pie, but I can finally say: It Is Time. 🙌🍋‍🟩

We've been a little short staffed lately and while I'm working on rectifying that, it's meant a bit of a delay on a few menu items, but our Front of House team really pulled through for you and zested and juiced pounds and pounds of those tiny little limes over these last few weeks so that we'd finally have enough to bust out a bunch of pies. They'll be available this weekend, whole or by the slice, beginning tomorrow - Friday 9/4 - for walk-in purchase, and we will have gluten-free available beginning Saturday 9/5.

We will have a limited number available each day, so we will not be able to take pre-orders, but we are making just as many as we possibly can, so fingers crossed, everyone gets one who wants one. 🤞🤞

Happy September! A new month means new flavors, and Kouign-Amann are taking a rest while Pecan Sticky Buns head back into the case! 😄😍🤤

We've switched to a new vegan breakfast bun, so almond cream is gone and we've made our vegan Maple Walnut buns. We've also added our Vegan Banana Bread Cookies back to the menu, for a limited time!

Chocolate Zucchini Cake is gone and everyone's favorite Apple Dapple Cake is back by the slice! 🍏 It's a soft spice cake with chunks of fresh apple and toasted pecans baked in, then soaked with a brown sugar caramel glaze while warm. (So that's why it's everyone's favorite) 😄😋🥲

We still have our menu staples like fresh baked biscuits, sausage gravy, bagels, quiche, scones, macarons, Ham and Swiss croissants, chicken salad or egg salad sandwiches, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, BLTs, and all that. 🥪☕

We *also* still have some of our summer options, especially drinks on this way-too-hot-to-almost-be-fall day, so stop in to treat yourself to an Affogato, a Cucumber Lime or Coconut Creamsicle Sparkler, or a cold brew coffee with cold foam.... Plus bunches more!

We had such a fun day yesterday, celebrating Akron Pride 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️ with all of you! 🫶 Thank you so much to everyone who stopped in, braved the rain, and stood in line for pastries! 🥰 Today we're back at it, and we've got cases full of cheesecake, pastries, cookies, quiche, biscuits and bunches more. 🥐🥯🍰🍪

We have our S'mores cheesecake! It usually disappears shortly after I get it in the case, but everyone partied so hard yesterday that it's a quieter day today so it's had a minute to hang out and catch it's breath. 😮‍💨Vanilla Cheesecake on a chocolate brownie crust, topped with chocolate ganache, housemade marshmallow fluff, and graham crackers. Plus a little gold leaf cause we're fancy. 💅

We also have a Blueberry Crumble Cheesecake, and a GF Strawberries & Cream Cheesecake, all by the slice.

Fresh croissants await your sandwich orders, fluffy bagels are standing by for schmears, and our baristas have just the right hot or iced beverage to pair with whatever snack, meal or little treat you need to finish off your weekend.

They're GF, but that's really just a happy coincidence because you do not need to be GF to enjoy one, made of cakey almond sponge thinly layered with apricot jam and coated in chocolate. Please come get some or I will be *forced* to eat them all myself. 😬

We've also got some BEAUTIFUL Heirloom tomatoes, 🍅🍅🍅🥐🥐🥐 which go great on our fresh baked croissants with a little *local* lettuce (parasite-free! Hooray!), some applewood smoked bacon and a schmear of Duke's mayo - a BLT, if you will.
